Uncertain Accidents

There are many uncertain accidents if you worked in a company as a worker. As a emplyee,we will never know what would happen next second; in other words, we can't grasp our destiny in the company.
Yesterday afternoon our manager told me that our team will be dissolved and all the members of our team will be fired because SingalDemand Inc, the main clients of our divison, don't want to continue business relations with our company. I was very shocked by the news, even though I don't like my work and want to resign after Spring festival. In fact, I am feed up with my work but I don't want to end up with my work by this way. I wanna dump my company instead of dismissed by it. This is my principle!
When I went into my company and sited in my seat in the morning, my manager told me our team will not be dissolved and each of us need to provide a resume to him. Our company will establish relations with other company and the customer wanner take a look at our resumes. I didn't feel any comfortable when I heared that news. A decision by my company had a huge affect on us but we cann't.I don't want restricted everywhere by my company. I hope one day I could grasp the spoon of my fate...

- I think you are wrong. it's not your company to form your future, but yourself. No matter how lousy your job might be, you could always learn something from it. and what you have learned might open another door for you, who knows? you can not do anything about your company's future, but you can do something about your own.

- Yes, there are a lot of uncertain accidents in the company. Sometimes we just want to work stable.But we usually can't do that. In my opinion I thinke the sophisticate can handle and adapt to it. I like freedom and also don't want to be restricted by someone or something. The best way I think is to adapt to this situation.
