I am eager for get slim figure, 95 Jin, is so perfect!  how beautigul!

so from now on I need try to lose weight.

my plan is get up early, and on diet, for my lunch and supper only have apples, tea.

last Sunday I have bought a weight scale, and my weight is 110 Jin, my god, so fat!

 

For me, only apple can help me lose weight, I cannot stand of eating nothing.  Apple might be more filling.

and is uesful of our health.  insist on!

 

Last night my roommate Mandy Xu teached me a word of German ---"Guten Tag", "Guten Tag" is "Nice to meet you"
