After a nightmarishly unlucky day, I welcomed an extremely lucky day at yesterday. And I am so exciting that I eagerly want to share my happiness with you guys.

   The first and the most important one was that I recovered that morning. I felt much better and had an appetite for meals, that brought me an exciting emotion. Though the fog was heavy, I still felt that the daylight is bright.

   The second and the luckiest one was that I prevented a thief from stealing my cellphone, my money and other things. As you know, I am at a tele-internship at DioEnglish. I went into the Internet bar to finish my work in the afternoon. And everything went on smoothly, of course except the woman next to me who spoke so loudly that I had to put on my earphones to avoid the disturbance. About 3 hours later, I almost finished my projected work, and I kept browsing other users’ blogs. Suddenly, it seemed that I felt my bag was pulled by somebody. I looked back immediately, oh my god! There was a man crouched behind my chair, and drew back his hand immediately. I realized that he is a thief. “What!” I shouted, he murmured something and then left. I didn’t hear clearly what he had said and I wasn’t care. After examed my stuff, I found out that nothing lose. I would lost my cellphone and money but for my carefulness. Thank god! And that sordid thief had really scared me, for I’d never met that thing personally. I should be more careful next time, and I want to warn you guys to be careful when you go outside. It will not be too much to be careful.

   The last and the most surprisingly one was that I received a text message saying that I get the chance to take the written test for the English journalist of the branch news agency of Xinhua in Hebei province. I think that is a real fabulous chance to realize my dream. Even if I failed, it will also be a very precious opportunity to learn something useful.

   That was a very lucky day, wasn’t it? Compared with the day before yesterday, it made me I think about an idiom which says “ Times are changing all the time, and fortune has ups and downs.” You will never know what is waiting for you, and let’s be positive and keep on hoping for good fortune. At the same time, we should work very hard to get it.
