I’d Like To Have Some Candy-melon

Tonight will be the day before Chinese New Year's eve. Traditonally, people eat candy-melon at this special day. The Spring Festival is around the corner.
I like candy-melon. I still remember when I was a little boy, I like to hold 2 pieces of candy-melon in my mouth. That really make my cheeks hurt, however I was so happy.
While now, I’d never had such feeling for a long time. In my mind, candy-melon is nothing but a kind of candy. I have no idea what would the children think about it nowadays. Maybe they’ll happy to eat it, or maybe they’ll never keep it in mind. For its simple taste could hardly catch their interest.
Whatever, I still want to have some candy-melon. How about you guys? Do you want any candy-melon?

- I love the soft brown cake which is friend in a little oil. Nien Kao in Guangdong language. Only can eat it during the Chinese New Year.

I like it terribly.Yes, it is available, that soft cakes needs to be fried in light oil. I don't know how to fry it so have to wait till new year. I can't even break open an egg without messing it, poor me. Wow dumplings, one friend taught me how to make it and since then I became addicted to it. Meat with vegatable dumplings. Wonderful.
