I'm speechless about our school

I'll go back to school to defend for my graduate essay on about 24th May. 
That should be an exciting thing, however, when my classmatse told me that after finishing this stuff we cannot leave school immediately.
I mean we cannot graduate right now, but have to wait until the end of June.
I mean we cannot graduate right now, but have to wait until the end of June. OMG, that means we still have a month to wait, and maybe after I go back to Beijing I still have to back to Xi'an once more. 
I feel speechlees about our school, 
why cannot they be more efficient? Always force us to wate our time, which is so precious!!!
