pls don't feel upsad, you really did very well already

i understand when customer changes something or reject sample or complain,

XX (boss) won't happy and sometimes may blame on us

it's not only you, the same thing happened on me, A & B too

C (customer) is difficult to deal with, easily to get angry and always change his mind

so you really did very well

w/o your help, i cannot off work on time to take care my son

so i really appreciate your help.

Understanding is the best word to encourage to some extend;

I know the rule, but at times, it's not your mistake at all, however they yield at you in sharp expression, actually all I want just do the utmost to do the assignment well; It's common that there are many different issue shown in daily work and life, what we should do is to settle them in peaceful mind one by one; However, the first action from them is to make the blame on whom, instead how to solve it ASAP; Anyway, adapt myself to it or would feel upset and boring;
