we follow different account, there is inspection by authorized QC company for some item,
some arenot inspection needed, since there is one order which followed by one colleague, the QC, and QA dept. did neither aware it, nor the inspection QC from customer, the shipment have been gone to the customer, the error is found, then all parties had the headache; Hence, all of us get such instruction from now on; Effective today, all the order which suppose to be inspected by customer QC but was skipped by customer QC process, the marketing staff in China need to go to production and check the order detail from job sheet and take 10% of the order qty for quality checking, if order is less than 300pcs, MOQ sample checking size is 30pcs;
Actually, when I joined into this company, I did also inspect the goods since no customer QC or authorized QC company needed from this customer before shipment; later, there are so many different stuff to deal with, also it's so tight and hurried from production, I didnot inspect all the time; Yesterday afternoon and this morning, I checked the goods at random, one ployfoam each execution by 10pcs, which did pick by one staff from the production, one dial marker is wrong, one strap direction is exchange; <why nobody aware it, this question is just hidden in my heart, didnot speak out>, this staff smile to say that I should buy the lottery, only the ones which I did check is wrong, others are correct, which they check in full; If this is my fault, they maybe shout loudly to me, but I kept cool; Someone say that there is no difference among us, but at times, it's big different to some extent. Responsibility!
