During the daily working time, wait & wait again and again, since all needs boss's answer, which is so boring;

At times, he is busy in meeting with other stuff, almostly purchaser, also meet the interviewee,

so we wait and be overtime in order to reply the customer after getting the confirmation,

what's more, require to get the checking by leader after boss reply before reply to customer;

Actually, it's simple but it's difficult and boring through such process,

worsely, the leader maybe is unclear but in order to let her get clear,

need to express the story in detail once again, then we can get the answer to the customer;

No wonder why the leader forced to use the expression by her way only,

the content is shown long and complicated, why not be short&clear with the same effect;

Undoubtedly, sometimes it's very good to get her advice;

Frankly, when we are unsure how to deal, without any hesitation to ask her for help and get the instruction to deal it well;

But if every time, we require to work like that, after long time, it's not good for us each other;

We should know the responsiblity clear from this postion and try the best to do it well

or such only make us depend on her everything, it would lead to overworking without worth at all;

Why not consider it well before make the decision to use this staff?

it's the choice each other, once you found that this staff cannot reach your expectation,

you would communicate it directly or make the adjustment to other postion well,

why make the force for let the true mind hide here, seldom someone wear the smile,

someone pretent it well, really don't like that; It's so tired and meaningless;

It's vital to learn how to make the management well.

Anyway, anyhow I only can do myself well, let others as is;

Insist as long as I could on working here but still fighting;

It's only one of way to release myself no others!

Bosses, middle- management and leaders must give clear and precise instructions to staff so that they can follow without difficulty. However, I have seen some middle management or leaders deliberately complicate things and hold unnecessarily long meetings just to show that they are busy or occupied. These type of middle management personnel should be reprimanded.
