A nightmare

I usually get up at 7:00 every morning,but today I got up at 6:00.Who knows why?Haha,I had a very terrible nightmare.I dreamt that my elder sister scared me with a mouse upside down in her hand.So terrible! I said no to her,and I begged her not approach me,however,she did not listen to me.Then I started to cry very sadly.At the saddest moment,I woke up.To my surprise,I really cried,my tears had wetted my cheek and pillow,more seriously,I felt I could not breathe normally and I had a ache in my heart.I had never imagined that I could cry so sadly just because of a nightmare.It's too interesting!Though I did not sleep very well for this nightmare,it was not a bad thing.Some people always say crying does some help to our health,because the flowing-out tears take away pressure and undesired things.
