Have you had such feeling that your mind is indeed composed of two parts, one is negative, the other is positive? Whatever you do , the negative would say no, while the postive will say yes. So nearly everyday, we are wandering between the two. More appropriatedly to say, the two parts of us are being involved in a fight or campaign at every moment.
It's so often to hear someone swearing he or she would surpass somebody, once they make it, they will look for the next target. I adimt this is a seemingly good way to achieve progress, but the manner would sometimes let us frustrated, exhausted and overwhelmed. Just like in a fight, you defeat someone, there will be another stronger one coming to challenge you, and there are always much stronger competitors waiting for you. From this perspective, this is an endless war. So why do you live that tired? If you think in another way, it would be totally different. I bet you will feel very satisfied and happy if you foucus on what progress you have harvested today compared to yesterday.
The two aspects of us influences us so much.
Take a very simple example, when you are waked up by your alarm clock every morning, the negative one will say" don't get up, sleep for another while, it's not a matter at all what if you are late for work", the positive one will say"get up please, you have so many things to do, don't waste your time".
When you see something good to eat, the negative one will say"eat it , it looks so delicious", while the opposite one will say"keep away from it, it will make you fat, don't you want to be a beauty?"
Situations like those mentioned above are in a great number. To be a winner or loser dependes on which side we choose to stand by. If we choose the positive one, we will win, or we will lose. Certainly, it is not an easy thing. So you have to be very clear about what kind of person you want to be and what kind of life you want to get, after this balance, you will know which side you should support and then do as it guides you. To be the winner also requires courage, confidence, persistence and practice, as long as you have these weapons, you could conquer your greatest enemy-the negative part of yours.
