New hobby-doing exercise

I have insisted doing exercise for three days. Though the time is too short, I'm sure it would be a new hobby to me. Before, I do not show great interest in exercise, because I think it not only takes time,but also makes me tired. While, the three days let me fall in love with it. Every night, I will spend more than thirty minutes on various exercises, very surprisingly, I find I could gain so much from it. 

Firstly, doing exercise motivates every muscle in my body. Though tired, I feel so relaxed after sweating a lot. 

Secondly, the exercise calms me down, making me feel so peaceful.  It also becomes a period that I reflect on myself about things happened all the day.

Thirdly, it strengthens my perseverance. On the first day, I exercised for 30 minutes, and on the second day, I told myself to persist for 5 more minutes, while on the third day, I did for nearly 40 minutes. Actually, it is not that easy to remain 5 more minutes, because you have been so exhausted. However, when I feel very hard, I would encourage myself that you are on the edge of success, just wait for a moment. It is the same to our life and work, sometimes if we choose to persist for a longer time, we would definitely achieve the progress.

The last and important, it can ensure me a more proud figure. Haha, I bet it is a dream that most girls want to realize. Every one desires to be much slimmer, so do I.  And then , a slim figure will make one more well-looking and increase one's confidence. 

Taking all the benefits into consideration, I'm sure doing exercise would become a long-lasting hobby for me. Applause for myself, .

Congratulate you on your healthy routine. Physical exercise is effective for losing weight, but you must have patience and don't give up too soon. People are too impatient and expect to lose weight with a short time of exercise. That won't happen.

You have to understand that you don't gain weight in a few days. You gain weight gradually by weeks, months and year until you realize that you are excessively overweight. Accordingly, you can't expect to become slim in a few days or weeks. It takes the same times for you to gain weight and to lose weight, so you need effort and patience. Keep it up and after few weeks you would see your weight drop. Keep going.

That is a good news and that you are gonna feel more energetic and efficient on work. After a long time perseverance, you will find its good.

Haha, you said it, I have to spend the same time to remove the excessive weight as I had once created it. It is so fair.

Yeah, I find when I have my time more well-managed, when I begin to live more regularly and splendid, I won't concentrate on unworhy things too much. Maybe this starts a new life for me.
