Hobbies plus persistence makes brilliance

"Once hobbies encounter persistence, brilliance is produced", this is from an article of Wechat. Thanks to the Wechat, I have a chance to read so many thoughtful and inspiring articles published on different public platforms. And this time, the sentence I have mentioned enlighten me again.
What is a hobby? I think it shouldn't be a transient or occasional interest, but something that is indispensible in one's life, and it should be consistent and permanent. Just like a lover, a hobby is one thing that you always show great passionate and interest with endless love.
To a great number of successful people, their striking career is a somewhat extending form of their hobbies. Unlike we ordinary people, they can be wholeheartedly focused on their hobbies all the time, never bored, and they're seldom influenced by anything. I respect and admire such kind of people so much, cause they can be keen on something they like to do, not relevant to self-interests, material things or some other purposes, only for love.
Time is a good tool to test everything. If you can do something you love with well persistence, you're deemed to be brilliant, and you could harvest happiness,pleasure, even you may also invisibly become an expert in that field. Is there anything better than this?

- Once we want to do something, we have to focus all of the energy on it, plus, persistence we can do it. It is hard to achieve something if we do not really like and meanwhile we have no interests in it. Hobbies may not be the things we really have in work. Something like reading, hiking on weekends, painting or singing, etc. They do not give us too much in measure of money, while we benefit a lot by holding on what we like and finally realize self cultivation.
As the career we can design and work hard to achieve. As the interesting things we can put some time doing it we never feel boring. All of those makes life brilliant.
The WeChat we now use really provides us many good information and articles to read and learn. Good luck that you know the essence of studying and doing what you want to pursue.
