I was convinced that my school life would be special and colorful when I was a freshman. Actually, I did it that time. Till the senior, I still believed in that. When I got the first job, I told myself----you are the luck one, don't belittle yourself, you are no longer the" toddler" who lives in the school campus. You should be more smart, work hard, have a better relationship with your colleagues. And remember ---you are the rookie, you have plenty of things including the working and the communication skills, to learn 、to experience.
I want to prove my capacity, and even want to flaunt after perfectly finish one assignment because I want to tell someelse that I'm the special. But I'm wrong, for a rookie, the first thing is to learn, not to stand out. Otherwise, you will leave the bad expression on the colleagues.
I don't like the one who throws himself to the bosses' feet before, both in foreign and state-own enterprise. But now , I have seen many and even numb.
Maybe want to survive in the complicated society, you should become more sophisiticated.
