Today is a blue day for my company, the weather is raining heavily, like pour out ours dissatisfaction. as the news I heared the day before yesterday, our company carry out the action of reduce the employee formally this morning.

As usual, all the managers are assemble in the meeting room, call in the employee to have a conversation , we all know those whom be called is the guy should be send off. the atmosphere of office is so quirkily. because some of us are about to away from the "unknown".

Two of my partners in my department were called in by my manager, we all feel so sorry…..

 About 15 minutes later they come back with a big envelope in their hands, there is a"application of demission" and "explain for payment" in it, what should they do is sign on it, and accept the compensate for their loss , it’s said that the reparation is very high, that all of the guys are accept it without any dissatisfaction, and they will leave this afternoon on 2:00 p.m., there is a bus arranged by our company to send them home.

I can’t believe everything is so rapid, be fired in the morning, and left in the afternoon, gained a rich payment, no need to give back the work clothes, hardly need to hand over the work issue……

does reduce the employee is such a simply thing?
