Today is the second time a great deal of reduction in our company, last Friday there were 49 staffs be sent off, and my department have 2 guys, how about today? maybe more than the first time.

A few days ago, when I know the news, I felt scared, I worried about if I were fired, what can I do? everyday I sitting in my office fill with uncomfortable, seeing some of my colleagues went away, I still here waiting for my adjudgement…..

As the days go on and go, the feeling of uncomfortable has change to disgusting, I am sick of the quomodo of the reduction, I don’t know why the leader choose this way to reduce the employees one by one, that is a few days ago, several dozen of guys left, a few days later another dozens of us will leave, we really hate this crime, why don’t they cut us one-off? maybe they worry about if they send off too many employees one time, the employees will associate with resist them, or the Department of Labor will cause our company some troubles…

I begin to write this diary from this morning, due to the troubled waters, I couldn’t keep on writing…..now, it’s 3:30p.m. and the answer is out , there is more than 50 employees be fired today, and 2 guys of them are from my department. I should say goodbye to them and wish they good luck. In my opinion, be fired is not a bad thing, they can depart from the unstable environment forever, and have a chance or much time to hunting a good job.
