What you should do when you are unhappy

Last night, one of my friends called me and said she was unhappy. I asked why. She said one of her classmates got a very high salary but she did not.
When you complain what you have not, please think about another thing you have. For example, if you do not have a good salary, you may have a comfortable work.
When you are worried about what you may miss, please tell yourself what you want. For example, if you are afraid that you can not have true love, please tell yourself you want true love and you belive you will meet the right one someday.
Focus on the things you want and you have, not the things you do not want or you do not have. Then you will be much happier.
I told my friend she must figure out what kind of job she likes. If she wants a comfortable job, she should not think about the salary. If she wants a good salary, she should learn from this classmate and do not complain about the hard work. Then one day, she will be successful.
