This summer ,  there are many resignation about my friends . Maybe it is a  job-hopping season. In fact , it , usually ,happens every year at the same  time.
    I could understand it . Everyone runs after his dream, pursues their aim, to some extend, we should support them,  wish them .  After all, I think that  we do not ought to live with a waste of time , a waste of live , we must set one or more targets to imply , to purse , in order to make achievements. It is my fate, it is my value . Come on , every guy.
    As a matter of fact , it is difficult to make the final decision to submit resignation. we need more courage, and we need to think about more. Maybe , it is easy with your heart, somebody might says,  and someone else think it as what a hard thing. No matter how difficult it is or not , believe you , believe yourself, it is your life, it is your choice. Never regret what you do if it is chosen by you without impulsion.  In my opinion , everyone always make progress . It is a formal thing that will happen sooner or later to submit your resignation. Maybe , to some extends, it is not loyal for current company, however , I think it is error,  to the contrary , it is responsible for your current  company and yourself. When there are no any progress for you or  for your company , the combination between you and your company is over  .we need to find out other change to light your life , to create the value.
    Actually, I want to give some advice to someone who wants to submit his resignation without any thinking , just bindingly following.
