Chilean miner's contribution

480 views. 2010-10-18 11:55

during the resuing of trapped Chilean miners ,some psychiatrist and psychologist aslo provide thier help for those people .
one side ,they can help them to overcome some negative emotions under such bad environment .on the other sides ,the accidents is one chance earnestly long for .they can learn about the thoughts of those people ,and know their psychiatric
state .all those experience and data cant be get throught a imitated experiment .and that is why so far we dont achieve any
breakbthrough in the realm .here i dont want judge what is the real intention for those expert ,helping them or conduct researching on them ?i only feel they are doing a right thing .though this time ,they make some wrong evaluation of their
psychiatric state ,and expect some likely trauma in following month .fortunately those trapped miner live well underground ,all those worries never happened on them .maybe that is why they cant lost the chance to better our understaning of people minds under extreme conditions .in china ,we seemd have much more chances provided for our
experts ,but i dont know whether they cherish them .those miners are fortunate ,when they get selfish help from others ,they dont know they have aslo contribute so much for others .

The Chilean miners incident and rescue provided a lot of insight into survival. At the beginning most people thoight they are are destined to die and it was impossible to find and rescue them so deep underground. It was the president appointing the right people to administer the rescue, the quick organising of equipment and a strong will to bring the miners out. The miners themselves was well organised, well behaved and well organised. They managed to attach a written note to the drill and somehow the note came up to ground undamaged. That note was a matter of life and death. That note put the rescue operation into full swing. The most risky part was drilling the hole down to the miners shelter. It was not easy at all to dig such a deep hole accurately. It could have caused the underground shelter to collapse and killed all the miners. Lifting the miners up was also risky because if one is stuck in the hole, the whole thing would fail. The only unhappy part was the controller ordered the diggers out of the area when the hole reached the miners. The diggers came from USA and having completed such a difficult task would surely want to stay there to welcome and hug the miners. I sincerely hope they cover that hole securely so that no one falls into it or some people seeking attention would jump into it.
