For most chinese strike mostly appeared in news report and history textbook .

Because the special social system ,strikes is very rare in china .but it is very common in other countries .for those month ,the large scale strike happened in French draw our attention .i have not experienced a strike like that .what I experienced several years ago is different .

It is about three years ago ,our company placed a order in a factory ,and I was dispatched there for following it .it was days before national day ,I came to workshop to check how our order is proceeding .when I entered into the workshop ,I feel something wrong ,workers were all idled ,all machine stop running ,the whole workshop was silent .it was weird .then I was told by one people a strike was going on .i felt very astonished .it is my first time to see this .i walked around the workshop ,and knew it have been going on for almost one hour ,and some workers were beat by some strangers who looked like some thugs living nearby .and several workers were sent to the office of boss .then I came back to the office building ,and saw a police car parking outside ,when I enter into the hall of building ,saw the quarreling from the boss office room .

At first the sound of these workers was high ,but subsiding little by little ,and I overheard the boss want know who mastermind and lead the strike .and threaten send them into jail if they did not tell .and the possible crime sound like a felony :sabotage production crime .finally ,those worker wavered and surrender the names .Then I saw police came out ,and in a little while ,brought back two worker ,and put them in the car and drove away .

Next morning ,I came to the factory ,and found the production not resumed ,and I can see the panics on the faces of those workers ,I didn’t stay too long ,company have known the accidence ,and we have to shift the order to another place .i didn’t know what happened then .

That day I made farewell to it forever .

Maybe this worker just want several dozens yuan raise of salary .and they didn’t the result was so serious for both sides .as a client ,we are at a innocent place in the accidence ,in fact ,our interest are affected .i cant blame those workers ,they have no way to considerate so much ,they just want earn a little more money to sustain their simple life .in their head ,they don’t care when they will retire and enjoy pension .they are not ignorant as depicted .i don’t know to what extent our today success astonished world depended on people like them .
