I work in a company for half a year after graduation, but I find myself have not familiar with my job. I usually don't clear what is the important thing, what should I do. I have been critisized by the manager seveval times recently for the same mistake. Because when I was a student, I haven't been a leader, I have little experience that manage a project and  ask other colleagues to do something for me, I also have weak time consciousness, as a result, I delay the schedule sometimes.
