Interview sharing.

I attent an interview today and put my experience here for your reference,hope my friends can benifit from here more or less.

The interview last near one hour,and the HR is quite professional ,the whole process made me feel pressure.

One question by one question ,there is no time to let me consider.

The questions are below:

1.brief introduction.

2.Reason to quit.

3.TOP 3 responsibilities of my previous job

4.How do you understand our position.

5.Use 3 words to make a summary of yourself.

6.Successful experience to develop new business.

7.Failure experience of dealing with customers.

8.What make you feel honor or achievement in your last job.

9.What's kind of customer you don't like.

10.What attract you for this position.

11.Sale something in the spot.

12.What kind of thing should be ask for boss,and what thing can be handled by yourself.

13.What's the difference between your two job.

14.Why us and why this position.

15.Why don't you find job when you are on work.

dealt with them superficially, or give a reasonable answer sincerely..
however , I feel it all depends on whether the HR view answers through an objective or a subjective lens.

Reply sunnyv 2012-6-27 13:26: Those questions are quite appropriate and can reveal the qualities of an applicant. The most important is to be calm, smiling and sincere. A wrong answer is no big deal. Nobody is perfect. Never use recited answers. I gave recently see a girl who came for interview with her mother waiting ourside. Never do that because it is a indication of lack of confidence and independence. Good luck.

yes? actually the intervewer just test you how you think about the question in high pressure,there is less time to think over.But I believe you can settle them with your skills.
