What do your care more between the salary and the career development in the first 5 years when you graduated?

 

For the long term, I will perfre the the career development,and choose the suitable way to go on.

My boss had said,when you were over 30 years old, your salary will change slowly, but if you went on for one suitable way,you would be stable. And for that people who coutinusly find job for more salary,and would have 3-5 jobs during 5 years, although he would got a high salary at that time,but for the long term run,his salary wouldn't over than you.

 

Calm down, take a career plan to myself, and try to make it come true with diligent and persistance.
