Somehow, it's occured to me that there’s no way for our company to get through this tough situation. Comparing with those companies in Shenzhen, we have nothing. No strong R&D resources, no complete management, no precise system, even no willingness of cooperation. I almost lost every passion to work here, let alone my previous plan of settling down would come true in the future.

     Anxiety, hopelessness and no confidence. What am I going to do? Where is the destination?
