As a office worker,I think that communication is very important.It is not only a concept,but also a practice. If you can not communicate with your boss,your manager,even though your underling,you will be out sooner or later.
Three years ago,I was a new worker to join the work,I hope I could save the whole world,but in fact I just a little point,nobody can see me more,and also nobody can give me a hand.It is fact,cruel fact.
Please trust me nobody believe your tears,your success from your hand!!!

In my office,I also face this question.When my boss talked with me,I often don't know what to say.I don't know how to expree myself.But I still work hard everyday,I think only hard work can reap success.
