i had “shredded pork with garlic sauce ” as lunch today. but actually the ingredient are pork, carrot and “wild rice stem”（chinese name is 茭白）。u know i'v never had “wild rice stem” when i oder “shredded pork with garlic sauce ” , but i need to say that it's delicious.
