"100 years old fish"--this is not some amazing fish, just the  name of a restaurant.

the waitress of my table is very talky and cute. so my friends and i chat with her a lot.

after some talk, i asked:where is this restaurant start from?

"we based from Gansu province"

"well, it's surprising that a fish restaurant start from Gansu" (in my opnion, fish is not very productive in Gansu)

"actualy, we were a chicken restaurant originally. but as u konw, avian flu started in 2003, so we change to a fish restaurant from then on".

acknowledging the history of this restaurant, i start to have the fish which is delicious.
