To Cook Your Cabbage
A traveller said one day ,"I have seen a cabbage under the leaves of which a hundred people can stay dry even when it rain hard ." The man who heard his story said,"Yesterday I went by a place where four hundred men were making a pot ,two hundred men inside and two hundred outside ." The traveller was surprised and asked him,"what is that huge pot for?" The man laughed and answered ,"oh ,to cook your cabbage."

- I am one of those crazy foreigners who eat cabbage without cooking. Nutritionists tell me that cabbage lost it's nurtition value after few minutes cooking. I have been eating this for several years and I never seen a doctor since. However, I understand that Chinese people don't eat raw vegatables, but eat raw vegatables inside a Mcdonald's hamburger. I suggest not to overcook vegatables for health reasons, just wash and cook a little is fine.
