There are many things need us to work hard day by day. In order to be succeed, we should have a strong will. In most cases,  you will be succeed if you hold on to the last.

But in real life we may encounter many difficulties when we try to insist. Such as , something distract our attention, changes of the situation ,and weak will etc.

Many things can impact our action. So what can we do?

Firstly ,we need to have a strong will.

Secondly , if we are in a good circumstance , the situation may be better , I think that's why many students do not work hard in schools ,but when they get into the society , they become very diligent , fierce competition and pressures are important reasons.My method may also suitable to you. In order to get up early , i have an agreement with my roommate , the one who get up earlier should wake up the other one, and we both get up early everyday. That's the effect of good circumstance.

The third way to make people's work hard is rewards and punishment . As the saying goes ,generous rewards rouse one to heroism.

For our daily life there are many things we have to insist, such as getting up early everyday , taking sports every week and reading English everyday, etc.

What can we do if something conflicts with the others, It's easy to consist a single work, but for grown-up, it's necessary to do lots of things everyday.

These rules may be helpful to us , Firstly you should make a plan for every day , Secondly, try to live a regular life. In order to leave a regular life , we should not make big change in our life style frequently. For example, when you feel something should be improved in your work, you can only make a small change in your work, don’t let it impact on your habit of life. Vice versa. Drastic reform should not happen frequently. Thirdly, we have to differentiate the primary and secondary contradiction.For example, I plan to learn English tonight. but I haven’t finish my report this afternoon which should be hand in tomorrow morning. In this case, we should know which work is more important and urgent.
