- Yeah, this may help. But what's crucial is that someday you can face the person or the memory with no pains or rage. This will be real forgetting. Hope you'll manage it and yes, give yourself a big smile!

- Forgeting a patch of memory ? Why ! How ! That is an experience of growing up .In contray , We should remember it in our head . in order to avoid our next same situation .To change it or avoid it .

- you wanna forget somebody? but,from my experiences,that's a task,because all though he's gone away,withou any contacts,the memory and impression still in your deeply heart.
