My name is Donald E. Lee, now what I want to tell you is the real experience in my life.
I was born in a common family in Nevadan, my childhood endured in a world that full of the propaganda on the success of U.S. force.
Whole of my little friends wanted to become a member of U.S. army. My dream really came true in 1949, in the year I just 18 years old. After I finished the first year of my army career in homeland, I had been deposed to Okinawa, an island of Japan.
After The Second World War, lots of veteran were retire, and I was a member of the fresh blood that been replaced in the far east military area.
We had just arrived in Japan, and so had the message of a new war. Soon the message of the South Korea was on the verge of the death amazed us. ‘It is the time to take some action’ the temporal president of United States said.
Subsequently, on June 30th 1950, hundred’s men of 24th division of U.S. Infantry had to stop their casual lives that spend with those Japanese women to be transported to Pusan, the last soil of South Korean.
Fortunately, I weren’t the one of them.
