There was a methodology of time management called GTD (get things done).
Here we have a tool to implement this methodology. There is a web app for free. I used it, and now share it to all of you.

You can register an account, and sign in. now you can see the below screen.
1. Collection: you can collect all stuffs you need to do to inbox. (Inbox tab on the left top of the screen)
2. Arrangement: now you can arrange the stuff from inbox, and divide them into relevant categories according to its time (today, tomorrow, someday), location (computer, office, home), cost.
3. Organization: refine the stuffs, put them into next list, waiting list, someday list, or scheduled list.
4. Action: at last you can do your job according to the list.
