A great man follows a real one

These days, I finished a book The diaries of Tangjun, who, was the ex-president of the Microsoft of China, once got the most prestigious award in that company. He was called the king of the employees.

The book contains about fifteen diaries, from his interview in Microsoft after closing his own firm to leave that beloved place. From his experience in the book, I could conclude that A great man follows a real one, which means if you want to be successful, above all, you must be yourself of confidence, belief, cordiality and ambition.

Of one episode which he described, what is the most important to your first job is not the salary to you but the quality of a company. As he said, a good company can show you a regular way of working, which is crucial to your career life.  

Another sentence, “Making others great” touched me deeply. There must be questions like this: “ If others become great, how about me”. He gave the answer that if you could make others great, then you must be better than the greats.

There are countless lessons you can learn in that book, especially for the seniors hunting for jobs. You’d better read it in your holiday, and tell me your thought.
