I really hate that!

I really didn't mean to speak ill of the canteen or the cooks there in our school, but their performances really unsatisfied me.
Leave alone that they ususally give us as little as possible, leave alone the quality of the food, I wanna mention something here.
These days are the Dragon Boat Festival, and we have three days' off. Yesterday, I went to the canteen as usual for supper, but to my surprise, there's almost no food there, and several dishes! Why did this happen? Was I late for the serving time? No, of course, for I seldom late for meal
. Nothing capable to eat, I came back with an empty stomach, I was unhappy then, I admit. But I just thought that to be an accident, tommorrow will be better, I told myself.

Several dishes to chose just like yesterday, while this time not fresh though. And the server there just gave me one spoon of it.... But did you see how it looks? Is it can be called a dish? I almost want to throw them away!
What's wrong with them? Even it was the holiday, it's still their duty to cook, right? They have the responsibility to cook at least as good as usual, but what they did just made me feel like a prisoner...
What a feeling! You should see it yourself. The server himself is as fat as a pig(sorry to say like this), but he was so mean to us! Why? Everytime you saw him serving, you will frown somewhat, I promise you.
Maybe I was influenced by the book"The Count of Monte Cristo" I read today, I feel like I was treated as a prison, how terrible that feeling was! I really hate that!

- If it is your cafeteria, I bet you've already known what kind of place it is. what i'm really confused is that why are you still going to there. it's either you want to economize on money or you just seldom go there for meals. maybe you just asked for it.

- The canteen in a school is considered as essential services because students are not allowed to cook and have to rely on the canteen for food and futhermore, students are students, they don' have much money and have to economize, therefore can't eat outside. It is acceptable if it is a festival like dragon boat festival and cooks have to leave for holidays, but still they have to provide reasonable food. Their attitude should also be acceptable because students also need a pleasant atmosphere for eating and we are not beggars. Reasonable food is a basic need. Students also have rights so I believe you are right to complain about this.

I 3/4 can undertand what your felt at that moment. Cooks in different campus are look, even act the same way. Bad attitude, bad dishes...
