In Guangdong , not so many people watch Spring Festival Gala here, and most of my friends would rather go out play than sit still at home watching the TV.
But i really love the witty skits and the crosstalk   ( xiaopin and xiangsheng ) performed in the Spring Festival Gala on CCTV-1.

              Last year, i couldn't help laughing for a long time during the performance. But this year i am a little disappointed for i don't think the witty skits and the crosstalk are as good as they were in the last year. Even so, i appreciate them. It is not so easy to make a good performance. Surfing the internet, i know that many guys are criticizing the performance. Some doubting Wang Fei was just lip-singing; some exposing how Liu Qian performed the magic; some scolding Zhao Benshan for not respecting the disadvantaged groups.

              Ok, i am just one of the ordinary audience, and i get satisfaction from the show. That is it. Please don't be so sensitive. You can criticize the works but you had better respect the authors.

              Remember the witty skits called " Welcome to Beijing" in Spring Festival Gala 2009 ? Many people felt upset about it because of the cantonese accent reflected in the play. I don't think it as a insult to us cantonese , it is just one of the characters of us. Yeah, that happens all the time, many of us can't speak very standard mandarin chinese but we are not the only ones, because other people in other provinces also have their accents. Even saying mandarin chinese like this, we can speak perfect cantonese, in which we always take pride.

                So we do not need to be sensitive, we just watch it with relaxation then get satisfaction.  That is the right thing~~~
