It is quite realistic since house is really important for many people nowadays and those who rent a house outside refer themselves to people living like snails. You know, a snail's house is crowded and rather small. But more unfortunately , at least a snail can have its own house and carry it away. While those who rent can just support the rent by their poor little earnings.
