it appears that i can not stay in my warm office for more than 10 minutes. i have to turn off the air-conditioner if i want to furnish my work.

i think this is because i stayed in my cold room for as long as a week when the temperature is aroun -11 deg.c. coldness cannot trouble me anymore but warmness does,especially when i suddenly jump into warmness. it takes time to get used to it.

you may also feel such uneasiness the first several hours or even days after you come into an unfamiliar suroundings. so  we most people would like to stay where they are to escape from such uneasiness. the result is they will never know what it feels like in another place. they hold fast in their mind that they must feel uneasy there. hence you slave your own body like you slave a bird in a small cage.

however, to slave your mind is much more difficult. it is more active than your body.it needs fresh air. it needs something new. will you not, for your mind satisfactory,sacrifice the easiness of your body? then, cold or warm, who cares?

i like the coldness. i like the warmness. sor the sake of my mind satisfactory.
