Got informed last Friday, and it brightened a Friday evening, a whole Saturday and Sunday. That’s from Spectrum OSO, the foreign-invested business consultancy company. My second interview is scheduled in the morning of Tuesday, 6th of August. The second interview, the interview which came so late that I already assumed I had failed it. But, here it comes. A surprise, indeed.
But what I should prepare for the interview? My interviewer will be their manager—the position I’m not sure, a foreigner—this I’m sure. Though not a freshman to second interview, it is my first second interview with a foreigner. In the second interviews I took, the one who was sitting across the desk was a president, or a manager. They are Chinese. Though the tone they use gave me more pressure, the questions they ask were basically no different from the HR. all I need to do was to prepare the questions and answers beforehand. But this time, faced with a foreign manager, what I should do? How should I get myself prepared? Is he going to ask the questions I met? Or, will he pose some other special questions or situation? No clues at all…
Helen will never do something unprepared. It also applies well for this interview. I like this job; I want this job. So, if there’s no clue, then just imagine as many situations as possible that may happen tomorrow. Need to ask Novel for help, what’s second interview when she applied for the position in Nestle. Since there’s no hint, then preparation becomes more necessary though difficult. The questions he may ask…The situational cases he may pose…BUT—
“我都不知道该准备些什么…” said I, in QQ.
“准备一颗心” Jingru answered.
A sincere heart…the most important but easily be forgot thing…

- anyway, it is good you are going to take that interview, need not to be so hard on it, whether interviewer will ask, just to be okay with it, an interview sometimes is to do with your personality and charming which are very essential.
Opportunities are for prepared well guys, take it easy, you can make it well though you are picturing what will be like when you are in that situation in face of the guy ask questions, but it is deserved to take it, whatever is going to be like, to be ok with it, as mentioned above, sometimes something we did not expect well might come ture that is a miracle happens when we are unaware of it which actually we have paid so much on it.
