what will u do during not busy working time？

We are not busy this few months, make me uncomfortable
I dont know what to do on my working time.
You cant play games, if found by your manager or boss,it's not good.
At first i read novel, but now i dont like it
Then I learned english, like reading english novel,or learning words ,but cant do it everyday
It really make me confused,
when i was busy, i feel boring , too busy.
When i wasnt busy, i also cant stand it, i need work.
What do you usually do? please give me some advice~~~
