AVOID SELF-INFLICTED SETBACKS

   As the Global Financial Crisis started to spread since the end of last year, the impact became more and more clearly. In this crisis not only the country was damaged, enterprise fell victim, be in an unfavorable situation the biggest still was company workers.

On afternoon, general manager presided over the meeting to cope with various difficulties, to discuss t energy saving, energy conservation… What is more, he said that he will take measures to reduce staff to improve efficiency, even adjust the position of middle-rank management.

I understood what he said. That showed the influence is not only on economy, but also mentality. I fully supported the actions of improving production techniques or manufactory management, but I did not see the tossing under the guise of making improvements.

Remember that “avoid self-inflicted setbacks” , standing together and working together, then we can win everything, I think.
