South Korea! Here I come!

In less than 48 hours, I will be on a plane out of Beijing on my way to Seoul, South Korea!
I'm very excited to leave Beijing for 10 days. Don't get me wrong, I love Beijing. But it wears me down being in the same city for long periods of time.
I'm not sure of what to do in Seoul. I've done a little research but don't want to plan out things too much. I like freedom while traveling.
What should my priorities be?
-Pictures, pictures, pictures! It's the love of my life.
-I like culture, both old and new. I really like where the old and new meet.
-I like shopping but not for western things. I've located a few markets that should be fun for shopping and pictures.
-I love food! I can't wait to try new and interesting things.
-I'm not concerned with going out to bars/clubs. But I don't like meeting new people.
Has anybody been to South Korea? Seoul? Does anybody care to share their experiences?

- Congratulation!I haven't gone to there, But I heard that the meat food there are very expensive. So I recommend Korean pickle for you. It seemed that Koream all eats it everyday.

Congratulations! I haven't been there before, but I've heard that the meat there is very expensive. So, I recommend Korean kimchi to you. It seems that Koreans eat it everyday.
