What's the top news when you get your morning newspaper,or click on the BaiDu site,or turn on the TV? I bet on almost 80 percent of  what catch your eyes are about real estate including price ups and downs,new purchasing limitation policies,new houses opening advertisement and so on. I don't know what's hell wrong with chinese people and chinese estate market,both of them are totally crazy!

  The houses in chinese land,where believes in living in a room belonging to yourself, become more and more valuable even heavenly.Benefited from chinese economy rapid  growth in recent years,chinese housing price boarded on the shooting rocket,increased by double or three times in only two years.Arracted by the incredible ROI,more and more entrepreneurs changed their investment direction,and massive capital flooded into estate market.And the local goverment's financial income tied up with estate developers interests,the housing price didn't fall down even a little in the tensive centrol govemental  macro-control.Now the hot market begin keep on steady a little,however,who knows will the housing price fall down logically or will the estate market play a flopping?  

  All above are not the worst part, I do believe that chinese people crazy for one house and spiritial worship to a big house are the most dangerous trend nowadays. Even a child in china can tell you why housing price can't drop down: The wife's mother push up the housing price, The house is the measurement of success or failure,The estate is the most steady way of investment,and so on. We can easily feel all those of attitudes and thoughts transform as the holy Bible in our society. And let me tell you this is the real reason that chinese housing price was so high that folks can't afford to one house even empty all savings in whole life.We are eating our own bitter fruit!

  Then you think i should be a house-buying resister? Unfortunately, i am not,even though i want to be. Cause i have families with traditional idea,i have my girl friend which is kind, lovely and traditional,my girl friend has mother who is worring about daughter's future life. So i have to compromise the reality. 

  Standing in the line of house buying army,i feel worried and puzzled...
