I bet you can if you practice for a while first!  That's why I like my work at Walmart.  I often have to lift heavy objects like bags of dirt or potted plants.  It helps keep me strong.

You work at Walmart?! It's very popular in Chongqing. When I was at home in Hunan Province,I often go to Walmart to buy roast chicken, which is really delicious
