American food: Omelet, a simple breakfast.

I wanted to show you a simple breakfast I like a lot.
March 25, 2010: first, I sauted onions and green peppers to start the omelet.
March 25, 2010: then I added mushrooms.
March 25, 2010: I usually mix the eggs and milk before adding them, but I was in a hurry and did not mix them.
March 25, 2010: fry them and turn them over and mix. This omelet did not turn out well, but . . .
March 25, 2010: . . . the final product tastes great!

It takes about five minutes to prepare the vegetables for sauteing and maybe five minutes to cook. At the moment my wife is cooking supper. I probably cook 20-40 percent of our meals. She was at work when I cooked this breakfast.

Why?.
1) use I and not i
2) description is a noun. Describe is a verb.
3) "by your" is ok, but "based on" is more natural.

- wow !! that's so yami !! but still need to cook, innit !! anyway, i am so lazy, i don't even want to touch the saucepan!! and in Aus, we prefer to combine milk and cereal cookie as bre !! that's the most simple way to mk bre !!
