- From February to May I forgot to add new friends on this website. Today I added 32 more people. My sore neck and shoulder are vastly improved. This is my fifth day in a row without narcotics.

- sys: I can't undstand why you need narcotics ? Is that the order of doctor ?
- sedgehead: Yes, doctor's orders. I needed a narcotic pain killer because of the strong pain I felt, especially in the first few months. Ordinary pain killers (aspirin) had not effect. Never pain is severe.
- sedgehead: PS: when this first started, without narcotic pain killers, my arm felt like a truck had run over it. I was crying and in severe pain.

- I've had a busy week at least my shoulders feeling better. My doctors tell me I should recover 100%. But it may take a few more months.
