But now I realize I should have watched CCTV4, one oActually, I looked "ardency" up in the dictionary becaurse I want to express that someone is ardent. But ardent is adj so I use ardency instead which turn out to be a mistake. Anyway, my sentence full of mistakes.

I'm not sure what you want to say. "我想写好中文" ?
"我不知道什么说" This sentence should be "我不知道怎么说"
In chinese, "什么" means "what", while "怎么" means "how".
I don't know how to say. "我不知道怎么说".
you alse can use this word "如何". "我不知道如何说"
