During the two sessions-the CPC and CPPCC,some some news said there was a big gap between the market and the job hunters. On the one side, job hunters were eager to find a job but it was difficult, on the other hand, many companies also wanted to recruite wokers to enhance their business. However, it was contradictive that the market was not short of labor forces but the "two side" could not get what they wanted. Some personnel departments said they were hard to get a suitable woker according their needs, however, most wokers, esp. the migrant wokers and the graduates were not satisfied with the salary the company paid. Both of them did not meet their requirments. this labor shortage stirred me a lot of thinking.
From the standpoint of a college students, I think it was really the failture of the education. Nowadays, the course of the school did not correspond with the maket requirements and seriously separated from the society and most of school leades cared a little responsiblity for students' studying career. On the contrary, they only concentrated on their own wealth. I read a eassy discussed about the Yale University from a message that the university would feel shame if the graduates from his school could not get a job. When i took a look on my school, i was still quivered over the ending of the last year in univesity. The school was worried about their employment rate and hurried to command us to register
a contact with a bogus company in the personnel market and then they could said the school had a wonderful employment rate to the society. Still now, my one roomate owed a portion of tuition of the school, and got a job by himself to repay hardly. Sometimes i think ,did the school had a little responsibility for their students' job. The Yale Uni,felt shamed if their students lost and would paid for their students' tuition freely if they owed. Did our school feel a little shame when they saw what the Yale do for their students.
