The temperature  changed from around 20 Celsius Degree to below 10 Celsius Degree sharply just in one night in Shanghai. I felt a strong cold flow when I went to work today. Unfortunately, I caught a heavy cold and sore throat today. My throat is so hurt that I can't speak any words. Very bad day! I have intended to go home this weekend, I really hope I will recover before I go home. Sometimes, I am not good at taking care of myself, always forget or ignore adding clothes when it becomes colder. OK, go to bed earlier today, and bless for my health! Good night!
