When I was in junior high school ,I had ever been taught by a woman teacher .She taught us literature and language.Then I was young and proud like a little lady.I was really fascinated with l literatur and read a lot .As a result, I did well in literature and my article always was read by the teacher in class as model essay.However,sustained praise boosted no only my motivation in literature study but also my my arrogance.What’s worse?I barely know how to go along well with my classmates.The problem raised when our class council members election came.No body would like to vote for me although I was a straight A student among class.I was so shocked that I could not help cring.Our literature teacher called me into her office and gazed at me for a moment ,then she asked “Do you feel being wronged?”I nodded .Following a pregnant pause, She said “If so ,you are exactly wrong.”she stared at me very seriously “You are a terrific student.There is no wonder.But you have no idea how to show and improve you talent approperately.And that will ruin you.”she added that “You could ask your parents or do more reading about success ingredients ,you would know that nobody could make it without others’ support.”At last,she said sincerely and earnestly “You should learn to be a good soldier before you became a real general.”To be frank,never had I have a conversation like that before.In the past ,my parents and teachers treated me like a child and no one told me those words.after that ,I gradually paid more attention to how my parents behaved in relationship with other people and what’s the right attitude toward others.Meanwhile ,I read plenty of relevant books,such as zhang hai di’s the pursuit of life.During the process I learnt a lot about  companionship ,friendship,as well as optimism.Even Until now,every  time I felt self-satisfied ,I asked myself “Did you want to be a real general?Then,make a good soldier first.”
