wow,after 30 minutes' running,exercising,I feel so exhausted...by the way,I'm a fat girl,although not very ugly.Using my friends word,if I can be much slimmer than now,maybe good looking(haha,

Anyway,loosing weight is not for fat girls or boys anymore.Nowadays,most people would like to live happy and healthy.You know,even if you are pretty rich,but spending the money much on the yummy food,or you don't like eating at all just staying at home doing nothing,then day by day,time after time,you will still be far away from the healthy indicator.
In my opnion,no matter you are fat,poor,rich,stunning figure,all need to do some physical training!No one can keep the way they are like forever.Things will change.If you are fat but don't want to change your figure,remember you are not in your daydream or ancient times,it's the real world,wake up!!!!If you have sooo much confidence for yourself that you can keep the slim body no matter what you have at lunch or dinner,still doing nothing physical training,wake up!you can't have a healthy life!
