What do you think to the new marriage law?

You are a boy or a girl?
I think this question is related to the answers that what do you think of the new marriage law?
On the surface, it is not fair to the women, and in some way, it is true.
1. Women usually devot more to the familes, in the event of divorce, women should get more than men.
2. Extramartial affairs is an impirtant reason for divorce, and, man is the trigger usually, so in this way, women should get more.
So the law seems unfair to the women.
While, on the other side, it is good.
1. Many girls are practical, if you don't have a house , they won't marry you. So , they don't marry you, they marry the house of you. The love is not as pure as we image.
2. It encourage more and more young people to love, it gives them barve. Houses seem not "that" important. Maybe, we can choose Naked Marriage.
Some reviewers say it may cool down the house market, but i don't think so. More and more women are independent not just because of the marriage law, but now, the interpretation of the marriage law fuel the women's desire to buy their own houses, so the need is more instead of "less".
The best resolution is before marriage man and woman buy the house together. What do you think?

- i just have one question :why do many people think generally men would have the house ,but not the women .also a man can't get house (might nothing ) if they divorce .
i like the poem 舒婷 <我如果爱你>,why chinese girls can't be like that .

- dont mind it too much ,historical experience have proved there are no effective or better ways to solve human kind's prblems about emtions,love ,equality .thousand years ,society develop from salavery society to modern industrial society ,the social and polictal system have been changed much ,but those basic problems is intact for thousand year .we are in the times ,we have to accept them .no choice unless you are one people with strong minds

- Most people think it is unfair to women, i have a different opinion.The new laws have no effect to the most women, many girls marriage man ,because there is love between them,not only material.TO these golddigger,they marriage man only for their house ,asset ,may be they wish they would divorce quikly after marriage,and obtain amount of property.The new laws stop the phemenon happening.

- Laws protected the vulnerable groups, whether that was a man or a woman, but China's legal protection was about the interests, and the protection of the new marriage law was GDP!
